Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the current health crisis related to COVID-19, Office Depot and OfficeMax have stopped accepting returns or exchanges of any product through May 3rd. If you have returns that expire during this period, it’s extending the normal return deadline by two weeks to accommodate your needs.
Office Depot- and OfficeMax-brand products (excluding brand Ink and toner) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund at any time for any reason with an original register receipt, eReceipt, packing slip, or order confirmation.
Items that are not branded Office Depot or OfficeMax have unique return guidelines that vary by category; however, all items must be accompanied by the original receipt. Office Depot offers free standard 3-5 business day shipping on all orders of $35 or more. Qualifying orders of $45 or more have the option of free 2-business day or free next business day delivery. For orders that do not meet the minimum spend threshold, shipping charges range from $5.95 to $9.95.
